Our Story
We were forged in Thailand’s most competitive hospitality markets, where five-star hotels demand nothing less than perfection. Guestasy started by delivering multilingual review responses that saved time, boosted satisfaction, and protected online reputations.
Then the pandemic hit. Hospitality paused. So did we.
But when the ‘Phuket Sandbox’ initiative started and borders were reopened in 2022, something remarkable happened: our clients came calling. They missed our service. They hadn’t just used Guestasy, they had come to depend on it.
